PARTNER AGENT & MARKETING EXPERTI have been working in the property industry since 2003, specialising in towns and villages around Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire and joined Fine & Country in 2016, where I perfected my marketing skills by launching Fine & Country onto all the key social media channels, one of the first agents in region to utilise this important marketing resource for my clients homes. As a result some of our innovative property videos are being seen by as many as 30,000 potential buyers, that have been targeted according to a buyer demographic increasing the viewing levels and ensuring the best price for my sellers.
I live locally in Rugby, with my partner Sam, who also works as a Branch Partner at Fine & Country, and our young family. Being a local property expert helps hugely in providing accurate information on the towns and villages that I cover.
We are all self-employed partner agents at Fine & Country and as a result you will receive some of the finest service and expertise that the industry has to offer. I will be with you from the very beginning of your journey, where we can design a bespoke marketing plan for your home, to the very end when we give the keys to your new buyer. When appointed by you I will attend all the viewings, allowing me to demonstrate some expert knowledge of your home and ensuring we negotiate a price in excess of our price expectations and choose a buyer that will meet your desired timescales.

I honestly can’t fault the service and professionalism provided by Sam Funnell and Claire Heritage of Fine and Country Rugby. From the initial first meeting and market appraisal, I felt that Sam was approachable and incredibly knowledgeable on the local property market. The marketing materials and videos were of exceptional quality and showed our home off to its full potential. All viewings were accompanied and full feedback and follow up provided in a timely manner. Sam and Claire’s advice has been spot on throughout the selling process, and when we ran into difficulties with the sale Sam was always available to reassure and crucially chase up the other parties, when I often was not able to get hold of my solicitor, or anyone else involved.
It was an emotional experience to sell our family home, but Sam and Claire have been very supportive and understanding, and eased the process massively. On a personal level, I felt that Sam and Claire, really cared about us and our family situation. They are friendly and I’m very grateful to have met them.
